We will tour the great open spaces and the Delaware & Raritan Canal just north of the densely populated Princeton area. Starting at the Mercer Mall on Rt 1 we will quickly move onto the hidden backroads of the area crisscrossing the canal and Millstone River. The first half will allow us to enjoy vast farmlands punctuated with historic towns and mansions. After a break we will circumnavigate the D&R canal between Millstone and Kingston following the Millstone Valley Scenic Byway.

We will gather at the Starbucks in the Mall at 9:30 with a prompt 10:00 AM departure.

Lunch will be at the Mooyah restaurant in Skillman, NJ. This newest chain in our area features great hamburgers, fries and milkshakes. Contact Curt at events@delval.org with questions.
