The luncheon is family style with the following menu:

Salad:  Chopped Salad

Entrees:

• Cod with Cauliflower Puree and Brussel sprout leaves
• Beef Short ribs with polenta and gremolata
• Crispy Orange Chicken with Rice

 Dessert: Apple Strudel

 Payment of $15 per person is due with registration
