27th Annual Meeting and Picnic

Once again we will be getting together for our 27th Annual Meeting and Picnic on Sunday May 7 back at the place where it all began.  The annual meeting will start at 10:30 am.  We look forward to shaking the rains that dampened the event last year. The site is very familiar and offers the ideal location so that we can emjoy lunch among our cars.

We are also welcoming back our old friend Young's BBQ but with a revised menu (details below) and a revised serving procedure to speed the serving.  Lunch will be served from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm providing ample time to enjoy your meal.

Be sure to register by April 29. For questions please contact Tom at president@delval.org. This is important because the caterer requires a headcount in order to have sufficient food. This year we have added a small fee for the event to allow us to cover a significant increase in the park fee and to upgrade the menu without draining the club treasury.
