33rd Annual Del Val Picnic

On Sunday September 17 we will gather at the Peace Valley Park in Chalfont, PA (Pavilion 5) to one again celebrate the club, catch up with friends and have a bit of fun once again. We will start the event at 11:30 AM and shortly after that lunch will be available for registered attendees. Simply choose the registration option that matches how many folks will be joining in from your Miata.

• Hoagies - Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef  & Vegetarian
• Deli salads (Cole slaw, potato, etc)
• Assorted Chips
• Jugs of Ice tea & lemonade plus bottled water.
• Cookie and dessert tray

Fun and Games (literally)

We will have some organized events such as a Miata/Del Val trivia contest and a car show with the following categories:

• People's Choice Best in class for NA, NB, NC, ND (4 awards)

• Best Modifications – Exterior (1 award)

• Best Modifications – Interior (1 award)

• Favorite Color (1 award)

There will be prizes for all winners and some raffle items for all in attendance.

You are encouraged to bring any outdoor yard games you care to share with other attendees. Also consider lawn chairs for seating outside the pavilion.

Looking for Volunteers

Offer a hand to make the event run well. We need help in the following areas both before  and at the event. If you want to do a little to help out simply reply to this email.

Support Roles Needed

• Registration/Check In (2 people)
  
• Parking by Generation - create layouts and manage day of (2-4 people)
• Car Show - create car numbers, ballots, collect and count ballots (2 people min)
• Trivia Contest - create and run the game
• Cleanup (2-4 people)
