How About a Suburban Philly Miata Mechanic?

Hi All! I recently bought a 2006 Miata with a Flyin Miata / Cosworth supercharger.
It runs, for the most part, but it needs the attention of a savvy mechanic.

I see recommendations for Dave Deerson, and he sounds awesome, yet he's ~90 minutes from me...

Does anyone know of another mechanic who has Dave's skill set and has a shop over here near King of Prussia?

    Thanks!!

I found a Miata-savvy shop named Xero Limit in the Allentown, PA area.

That shop supports a lot of SCCA Club Racers (which I'm sure is great for them, but it turned out to be bad for me, lol).

It's a very busy shop, so be sure to call early to book your appointment, because the waiting list is long.

...so, for my situation, I ended up having it trailered to Texas, so the guys who installed the supercharger could dig in and find the issues, fix them, and get my MX-5 ready to go again.

If I find other shops in PA, I'll post them here.

You won't find a better Miata guy then Dave Deerson. You're about 90 min from South River where Dave is.

I'm 45 min from Dave. Been using him for at least 20+yrs. I've had AAA transport my car to Dave. I've rented Enterprise cars at times to get me to or from Dave, I've used Uber to get me to or from Dave. Last resort was asking my wife to get me there or back. We had as many as 4 Miata's at one time. 2 Race Miata's including a v8 & a supercharged Miata & 2 street Miata's. If you want your car done right, find a way to get it there. It's not like you'll be going there every week. You won't regret it.
