Many of us miss the Pocono Track Day event of years back. It was a terrific low key event and lots of fun. A shop I know is sponsoring a low key track day on Fri Nov 13 at NJMP. This will be a small group probably no more then ten cars on track at a time vs. the usual 25-35 cars.
If your an experienced track guy you'll get lots of open track. If you're a novice and are curious this is a great opportunity to drive on a professional race track. Experienced instructors will be available to coach you. If you don't want to get on the track at what we call "At Speed" you can do parade laps in a lead follow at highway speeds and experience the fun of a professional race track.
You don't need to do anything special to your car that you would not do before setting off on a long drive. But, you will need a roll bar-if you have a hard top you're not required to have a roll bar. If you are interested check out this webisite or call them:
